Don’t Give Up Hope on Warm Weather for Spring 2017

Don’t give up hope for spring 2017 in Michigan yet.  Though most of our days so far have been marked by cold and damp rain, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  According to The Old Farmer’s Almanac:

REGION 6: LOWER LAKES

Expect a cold, wet start to spring, filled with rain and snow showers.
April and May will be warmer and slightly drier than normal.
The end of spring will bring warm, scattered thunderstorms and rain showers. (The Old Farmer’s Almanac, Spring 2017 Weather Outlook)

It seems as if we may have seen the worst of it so far for this spring.  So, even though there may be snow in the immediate forecast, do not be afraid to think about getting your home ready for warm weather!  Don’t forget to schedule an air conditioner inspection, to hose the debris off of your air conditioner condenser, and to change the filter.
