I have never left a Google Review but felt the service I received deserved one. I woke up to an alert from my thermostat saying that my furnace was calling for heat but the temp was dropping. I called Flame just based on the fact that they'd performed service on my furnace before I bought our house - and I'm glad I did! The person who answered the phone was very kind and they grabbed a little information and said they could have someone to the house in about an hour or so. Which, on New Year's Eve, was awesome.

When Kurt (the technician) was on the way, I received a text message with a picture of Kurt and little about him. They also included a link so that you can track where the technicians vehicle was. This is a great thing to offer! Kurt arrived and was very quick but thorough. Diagnosed the problem quickly and answered all of my questions. He had the part already on the truck and got it taken care of in no time.

Thanks, Flame for your punctual and friendly service! Will use them again.

Our furnace stopped producing heat around 6pm on a Tuesday in January. I Googled furnace repair. FLAME was at the top of the search. Desperate to have this repaired quickly (we have young children), I contacted FLAME via phone. A technician arrived just after 7pm that same day. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part immediately. This would require a night without heat because parts stores are not open at night. The tech was gone by 7:30pm. I received a call just after noon of the following day. The rep on the phone let me know that they'd received the part and would send a tech asap. The tech arrived around 3:30pm, completed his repair, and was gone by 3:45pm. Our furnace heat is working better than ever! I highly recommend FLAME! They are quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. The pricing for the parts and labor were fair. Thanks!

Great service. Came out immediately, explained everything in detail. Offered service plans with rates which I thought helpful for my budget. Love the email, text, showing the tech that was coming out with a pic for my safety. Love, Love that.!!!! He was very polite, helpful, answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Jesse is an outstanding technician. He is people friendly. Very well trained on the workings of a furnace, and is quick in his activities. It was a true pleasure watching him work and discussing things with him. A true asset for Flame!

I can always trust that Flame sends out great technicians. Most recently, Jesse King completed my furnace inspection as part of my maintenance plan. He was such a nice young man...very polite & spent time explaining several things about my furnace that I had forgotten. I hope to see him again!

This is the second time Bob Porter has done electrical work at my home. He starts off a bit grumpy at first but once he warms up to you is very much the professional. He is knowledgeable, honest, and has lots of good advice to give. I really enjoyed working with Bob and would welcome him back any time. God bless you.
