After scheduling my annual furnace checkup with Flame for the first time, I was impressed with their protocol... Well-detailed service explanation, price, date/time, and how I will be notified prior to the appointment. I received an appointment confirmation email upon finishing the call, days later a reminder text, and on the day of the appointment, a detailed text introducing me to my technician along with a photo for identification and the office phone number was provided in case I had any questions. Soon thereafter the technician, Kyle, arrived in the company's van and introduced himself (although I was already fully aware of who he was). A friendly smile, very polite, and happy to answer any questions. He immediately began by explaining what he will be doing and after showing him the location of the furnace quickly got underway with the inspection. I was thoroughly impressed when making the call after learning they offer a thorough 22-point inspection, but without any disrespect to the company, I was very / more so impressed with Kyle's recap knowledge and answers to all my questions without hesitation. I would rate this a 5-star experience and highly recommend Kyle as a technician. Thanks again Kyle and Flame Furnace - you left me both at ease with the outcome and more knowledgeable about my furnace and the corrections needed.
This is the second time that I have used this company and am very satisfied with the service provided. Calling to set up the appointment was great and the receptionist was very professional. The technician that serviced our air conditioner and furnace was top notch!! The company was awesome at communicating via text reminders and the technician was awesome with calling to notify that he was on the way. I would recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.
The technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. They did a very nice job and cleaned up before they left. They took the time to explain things to me and kept me informed of any issues along the way. The scheduling process is very efficient, they text you or call when they're on the way and they send a picture of the technicians so you know who is arriving. Excellent customer service!
the gentleman who came to my house was fantastic. I received a text prior to his arrival with his image so I would know who to watch for, he was courteous, took time to answer all my questions and make suggestions on the best ways to keep my furnace and AC working at top performance. He was not pushy or in a hurry and covered all the checks that he completed. I have had great service and support from Flame since they installed my new furnace and AC 6 years ago. There are very few companies that I feel good about recommending but I would recommend Flame with full confidence!
So appreciative of the quick response to replacing my old, broken water heater today. I called Flame at 8am and by noon they were on site starting the replacement. Gavin, the tech, did a great job. He cleaned up the area where he worked and explained everything he did. Wonderful service at a fair price. Thank you!
This is the second time Bob Porter has done electrical work at my home. He starts off a bit grumpy at first but once he warms up to you is very much the professional. He is knowledgeable, honest, and has lots of good advice to give. I really enjoyed working with Bob and would welcome him back any time. God bless you.
