People entertaining the idea of doing business with Flame Furnace always have the same initial question, “Why is Flame so expensive?” My counter question may look something like this, “Well, who or what are you comparing us to?” The prospective customer ventures on to tell me how they’ve gathered three other estimates and Flame is leaps and bounds higher in the dollar category.
As a new sales person with Flame (as of July 2007), my experience has been that the customers who are re-newing their business with Flame have questions like, “How soon can I get the energy efficient furnace installed,” or they might say, “Let me grab the check-book, and by the way, my two neighbors also need a new air conditioner.” The reason I tell you this is because people who have done business with Flame understand the value of our top rate service. I encourage anyone to dialogue with a past customer of Flame who switched to another company for a less expensive investment. What diffrences did they notice with their new company in comparison to Flame?
I recently visited a homeowner who had been a Flame customer in the past but with their last furnace investment, they decided go with another company. The only detail I want to note is this…we are installing a new 92% effecient furnace in their home this week.
