As we know, we are all different and unique individuals with different wants and needs.  This is also the case when it comes to temperature.  Some people are hot, while others are cold.  Unfortunately, it can be hard to please everyone when it comes to room temperature.  Thankfully, with Zoned Heating and Cooling, it is much better to make everybody happy.

What is Zoned Heating and Cooling?

Zoned Heating and Cooling allows you to control the temperature based on individual zones, or sections, of the home.  That way one area can be kept at a hotter or cooler temperature than another.  This could be done based on the preference of the people in the home, or it can be used to save money.  You can turn down the heat or the air conditioning in areas of the home that you do not typically use, that way you are only really paying for the conditioned air in the rooms that you do use. “According to the U.S. Department of Energy, system zoning can save homeowners up to 30 percent on a typical heating and cooling bill” (HowStuffWorks:  System Zoning).
