Flame’s Updated Software helps Customers

We have been busy at Flame Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical over the past few weeks.  We have been working to update our software, and we are very excited with how it is turning out.  We’ve switched over to updated software through Service Titan, and this change has been helpful to us, and it is also beneficial to our customers.

How can updated software help customers?

  1. When a technician comes to work on a customer’s home, the customer will receive a picture of the tech via text or email prior to the appointment.  This helps customers feel comfortable and safe with having someone in their home.
  2. Similar to Uber, customers can now tell exactly where the technician is and whether or not they are on the way.  No more waiting around all day for someone to show up!
  3. Technicians will be able to show customers a digital price book that includes pictures.  This way you can see what the techs are talking about and see the price.
