As we all know, life has unexpectedly changed quite a bit–and very rapidly–in the past few weeks. As Coronavirus COVID-19 continues to spread, we have all been doing our best to figure out the best way to protect ourselves, our families, and those around us. One thing that has not changed, however, is that Flame Heating Cooling Plumbing Electrical is still open and here to serve.
On March 23 Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed an executive order requiring all non-essential businesses to suspend in-person operations in order to help combat the virus and keep as many people as safe and healthy as possible. Under this order, Flame is considered to be an essential business, and therefore we are still open and available for your heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs.
Though we are open and will continue to perform high level service, we are also following strict guidelines in order to keep our own employees and customers safe and healthy. The majority of our office staff is now working from home, and technicians working in the field will be following health practices that include the wearing of personal protective equipment and sanitizing their vehicles regularly. Any employee showing any sign of illness must stay home.
Many of us have never experienced times like these before. The uncertainty can be unsettling and even scary. Please know that Flame is still here to help and give you one less thing to worry about should you lose heat or have a plumbing issue.
We will continue to pray for the health and safety of our employees, customers, nation, and the world as a whole.
