Conducted site assessment for AC installation at commercial location with existing gas furnace and water heater in utility room. Evaluated space constraints and existing mechanical systems to determine appropriate equipment specifications. Customer requires new AC system installation with no existing cooling infrastructure present.

Successfully installed a 4-ton A/C unit and coil, completing all required refrigerant and electrical connections. Replaced aging components showing significant oxidation and corrosion, particularly on copper lines and metal surfaces. System now operational with all wiring properly connected to control board and blower assembly.

Diagnosed fluctuating water temperature issue on two commercial tankless water heaters. Inspected plumbing connections and drain assembly, identifying faulty flow sensor as the cause of temperature inconsistency. Replaced defective components and verified proper operation of both units, ensuring stable water temperature delivery to the three-compartment sink system.

Completed installation of a 40-gallon Icon System water heater in basement location. Unit features temperature control panel with safety settings and pilot light system. Installation included proper connection to existing plumbing infrastructure and verification of proper operation alongside Bryant furnace system.

Responded to callback regarding furnace continuous operation after maintenance. Inspected three units located in attic, all over 10 years old. Discovered and repaired damaged electrical connector on control board, which was causing the continuous run issue. All furnaces now cycling properly and operating within normal parameters.

Completed AC start-up service on outdoor condensing unit adjacent to brick structure. Unit was confirmed to be properly installed on concrete pad with adequate clearance for airflow. System was powered on, tested for normal operation, and all performance parameters verified within manufacturer specifications.

Performed Gold Furnace Inspection on a 16-year-old unit located in the basement. Examined interior components including control panel, safety systems, and electrical connections. Unit is currently operational with all warning indicators and safety features functioning properly.

Performed scheduled inspection on three commercial furnaces (age 10+ years). Accessed control compartments to inspect blower motors, circuit boards, and wiring connections. Evaluated existing Daikin HVAC installation, including furnace unit with PVC ventilation pipes, ductwork with metallic insulation, and associated components (condensate pump, air handler, filtration system). Provided customer with comprehensive replacement options based on current system specifications and home requirements.

Responded to callback regarding water leakage from humidifier connection. Removed existing saddle valve and installed new 1/4" humidifier shutoff valve to resolve the leak at the cold water line connection to the humidifier.

Successfully completed installation of a 135,000 BTU furnace with base, thermostat, and coil raising. Installed new metallic ductwork with proper sealing at all joints and connections, and performed all required electrical reconnections. System was fully tested with blower assembly and control board functioning properly, and all necessary mechanical and electrical permits were secured.
