Completed three-day installation of Daikin three-head mini-split system at residential property. Mounted exterior condenser unit on white concrete block wall with refrigerant lines and electrical conduit run along exterior surface to disconnect box near roofline. Installed indoor air handler units in multiple rooms with proper wall mounting and connection to outdoor unit. Ran new dedicated electrical circuit to support system requirements. Obtained mechanical and electrical permits prior to installation. System tested and operational upon completion.

Completed estimate for mini split installation requiring gas line extension to second floor. Assessed existing gas meter location and mapped routing path along exterior wall up approximately 25 feet to second-floor penetration point. Proposed installation includes running new gas piping from existing meter through exterior wall-mounted route with appropriate supports and code-compliant fittings to supply future mini split equipment on upper level.

Completed comprehensive Gold AC Inspection on Lennox outdoor air conditioning unit. Performed full system tune-up including cleaning condenser coils, checking refrigerant levels, testing electrical components and disconnect box, inspecting fan motor operation, and verifying proper airflow through louvers. Unit photographed and confirmed to be in operational condition with no immediate repairs required.

Responded to water leak under kitchen sink in historic 1924 home where leak had been present for approximately one week. Inspected P-trap assembly and drainage configuration beneath sink, replaced deteriorated PVC trap components, and verified proper seal connections to eliminate active leak. Confirmed no water intrusion in surrounding areas and tested system for proper drainage function.

Performed furnace inspection and documented existing equipment condition. Observed significant corrosion on gas supply piping and general wear on internal components including gas valve assembly, electrical connections, and wiring harnesses. Completed comprehensive Gold AC inspection on 6-year-old residential air conditioning system with air handler located in utility/back of house area. Performed full system evaluation including electrical component inspection, verified capacitor connections and contactor operation, checked all wiring terminations for proper connections and secure mounting. Inspected disconnect switch operation, confirmed proper electrical supply to unit, and examined blower motor assembly. Verified condensate drain line routing and functionality. All electrical components including capacitor, contactor, and control wiring found in good operational condition with proper connections. System operating as designed with no deficiencies noted during inspection.

Completed comprehensive tune-up and safety inspection on basement-located furnace, hot water tank, humidifier, and thermostat system. Performed combustion analysis using digital analyzer, recording CO2 levels at 8.4%, oxygen at 20.9%, with zero carbon monoxide detected and stack temperature at 98.9°F. All equipment found operating within normal parameters with no deficiencies noted.
