Completed full HVAC system installation including new Lennox outdoor condenser unit and indoor evaporator coil for rental property. Installed condenser on rubber pad against exterior brick wall with proper PVC condensate drainage and electrical connections. Indoor coil integrated with existing furnace system in basement with new refrigerant lines, ductwork connections, and gas line configuration. All components tested for proper operation, refrigerant charge verified, and system commissioned successfully. Permit obtained and installation completed per customer specifications.
