Responded to service call for one-year-old furnace with flashing red light that was still producing heat. Diagnostic testing with multimeter revealed condensation buildup on ductwork and minor electrical issues (0.16/2.1 readings). Inspected system components and resolved the warning indicator while confirming proper system operation.
Successfully completed replacement of a failing sump pump system in basement utility area. Removed old unit showing significant mineral buildup, corrosion, and standing water with sediment. Installed new sump pump with proper electrical connections and verified system operation through the existing PVC discharge line.
Completed installation of a new faucet in customer's bathroom, requiring removal of the existing fixture and proper connection to the under-sink plumbing system. Successfully installed and secured the dark basin/sink to the wooden counter using appropriate mounting hardware, and connected the white PVC drain assembly with P-trap configuration. Performed scheduled maintenance on 16 KW Generac generator. Inspected battery connections and condition of SURE START PREMIUM battery, which showed proper terminal attachment. Checked all electrical components including wiring integrity and examined the Generac system components including filter and reservoir. Unit is operational with no immediate issues identified.
