Time to Schedule Annual Air Conditioner Inspection
It is officially spring, even if it does not always feel like it. Therefore, that means that it is definitely time for your air conditioner’s annual inspection. This may seem like something that you could just skip, but it is a step that is very important so that not only does your air conditioner operate safely and efficiently this summer, but so that it can have a long lasting life as well.
Air Conditioner inspections look for trouble spots before they happen or for any mishap that may be causing the unit run in an irregular way. The inspection takes about 45 minutes to an hour and the NATE certified service technician will look at both the outside condenser unit and the inside parts of the air conditioner. It is a very thorough inspection.
Though the temperatures outside do not quite yet feel like spring, it is best to be ahead of the game and schedule the inspection for sooner rather than later. That way you are all set for summer! Please be aware that inspections cannot take place when the temperature is below 65 degrees. Silver, Gold, and Platinum Plan members have an annual inspection already included in their contract.
