Heating and Cooling Bingham Farms

Completed installation of a 75-gallon Bradford White pressure vessel water heater in basement utility room. Connected unit to existing copper supply lines with blue-handled shut-off valves, integrated circulator pump assembly with red power switch at top of tank, and tied into overhead PVC distribution piping using appropriate fittings and transitions. Secured all piping to concrete walls with metal strapping per code requirements, verified all connections for proper operation, and ensured unit was properly labeled with installation documentation.

Performed maintenance flush on 25-year-old tanked water heater located in lower level that had not been serviced in an extended period. Addressed leaking temperature and pressure relief valve that was causing water discharge onto concrete floor. Completed full tank flush to remove sediment buildup, inspected all connections and safety components, and documented existing wall moisture concerns in utility area for homeowner awareness.

Completed air conditioning system startup for newly installed Lennox EL16KC1-042-230A02 condensing unit with R-410a refrigerant and matching indoor evaporator coil. Verified proper electrical connections at 208/230V single-phase power supply, confirmed compressor RLA of 17.3 amps and LRA of 123 amps within specifications, and tested 1/4 HP condenser fan motor operation. Inspected refrigerant line set connections between outdoor unit and basement-installed air handler, checked factory refrigerant charge, and verified system pressures. Confirmed proper condensate drainage through white PVC piping, tested all safety controls and warning labels, and validated ductwork connections to furnace plenum. System operating efficiently with all components functioning as designed.
