# No Heat Service Call - 10+ Year Old Unit Responded to no heat call on aging HVAC system. Upon inspection, identified heavily corroded heating element with significant oxidation and mineral buildup on metal prongs, preventing proper electrical connection and heat generation. Removed failed component and verified burner assembly operation. Replaced corroded heating element with new part, restored power to unit, and confirmed proper ignition sequence with visible blue flame at burners. Tested system through complete heating cycle to verify restoration of heat output and safe operation. Unit returned to normal heating function.
