Completed full HVAC system replacement including installation of 70,000 BTU furnace and 2-ton air conditioning unit in basement utility room. Installed new chimney liner for proper furnace venting, ran white PVC condensate piping with vertical routing and installed condensate pump for drainage management. Connected copper refrigerant lines with insulation between indoor and outdoor units with AC condenser positioned in rear yard. Installed new thermostat and integrated 5-inch pleated filter system into ductwork. Completed all electrical connections including low-voltage control wiring and high-voltage power supply. Secured mechanical permit prior to installation and performed all work to code requirements. Reconnected existing ductwork to new furnace unit with proper sealing at transitions. System tested and verified operational with all safety controls functioning properly. Customer qualified for utility rebate program upon completion.
