Completed installation of waste and overflow assembly for undermount stainless steel kitchen sink with connection to existing copper supply lines and drainage system. Installed chrome single-handle pull-down faucet and coordinating soap dispenser in dark granite countertop. Verified all connections for proper operation and tested system for leaks at basement level plumbing infrastructure where copper supply lines and shutoff valves service the kitchen fixtures above.

Responded to request for boiler disconnect on approximately 30-year-old unit in basement that was already shut off and locked in place. Coordinated arrival time with property owner as requested. Upon arrival, documented existing conditions of aged heating system including expansion tank, circulator pump, and associated copper piping showing normal wear and corrosion consistent with age. Verified boiler was secured and all connections were in safe condition for disconnect process. Completed photographic documentation of equipment and surrounding utility area prior to disconnect work.

Provided estimate for complete removal of existing boiler piping system and capping of incoming water supply line to decommissioned boiler. Assessed extensive network of aged copper piping throughout basement mechanical room showing significant corrosion, green patina buildup, and oxidation on valve assemblies. Evaluated corroded red-orange valve components in upper section requiring removal. Inspected PVC drain configuration and black supply lines in utility area. Documented deteriorated plumbing infrastructure, water-damaged wooden surfaces, and accumulated debris. Estimate includes disconnection and removal of all copper pipes connected to boiler system, proper capping and securing of main water supply line to prevent future water flow to unit, and disposal of removed materials.

Conducted assessment of 50+ year old hot water boiler system in basement that is currently operational. Inspection revealed aging copper supply lines with visible tarnishing, outdated control valves, and electrical components that would benefit from modernization. Recommended replacement of existing natural gas boiler system with current high-efficiency equipment to improve reliability and energy performance.

Responded to no-heat call for non-gold boiler. Inspection revealed significant corrosion and deterioration of heat exchanger components with visible oxidation and discoloration. Baseboard heating units showed accumulated dust and debris on fins, reducing heat transfer efficiency.
