Performed diagnostic assessment on Sterling-branded RTU located on commercial rooftop alongside multiple other HVAC units. Identified system failure, completed necessary repairs using appropriate tools and equipment, and restored unit to operational status.
Completed comprehensive Gold AC Inspection and tune-up on 10-year-old air conditioning system. Performed full system evaluation including refrigerant charge verification, electrical component testing, condenser and evaporator coil inspection, and airflow assessment. Inspected air filter (Honeywell MERV 11, 16x25x4) which showed previous replacement date of 6/12/22 and recommended replacement due to age. Checked condensate drain lines for proper operation and cleared any blockages. Tested thermostat calibration and system cycling. Measured temperature differential across coil to verify proper cooling performance. Inspected all electrical connections, tightened terminals, and verified proper amperage draw on compressor and blower motor. Lubricated motors as needed and checked belt tension on blower assembly. System operating within normal parameters with no immediate repairs required. Recommended continued annual maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and longevity of equipment. All sa
