I am a happy Flame Furnace customer, especially after my most recent experience. The install team arrived when they said they would and the job was completed in the time frame they thought it would take. The team was professional and worked non-stop to successfully complete the install. After the install, Craig answered my questions and did a double-check on site inspection and clean up. I was very impressed. Before I retired earlier this year, I was responsible for the Michigan and Ohio markets for my company. I had in my employ very technical service people as well as a sales force. I believe I recognize excellent people when I see them. People like the three I just mentioned are very hard to find. Each one represented your organization with the highest standard. I hope you see them the way I do.
