Old Farmer’s Almanac Predicts Hot and Dry Summer

For years people have used The Old Farmer’s Almanac as a resource for looking at the weather ahead.  Though we have more modern technology today, The Old Farmer’s Almanac continues to give long range weather forecasts.  For the lower Great Lakes area, here is what our Spring and Summer are looking like so far, according to The Old Farmer’s Almanac:

April and May will be drier than normal, with temperatures below normal in the east and above normal in the west.

Summer will be hotter and slightly drier than normal, with the hottest periods in mid- and late June and mid- and late August.

It looks like we should be ready for hot and dry summer this year!  Don’t forget to make sure that your air conditioner is ready to go- schedule an air conditioner inspection today.  For more information about getting ready for cooling season, contact FLAME!
