# Job Description Successfully installed a new 50-gallon battery backup water heater system in the customer's utility room. The installation included complete connection of copper supply lines, gas line hookup, pressure relief valve installation, proper venting configuration, and secure mounting with metal strapping to ensure code compliance and safe operation. All plumbing connections were tested for leaks, the unit was fired up and verified operational, and the battery backup system was installed and tested to ensure continued hot water availability during power outages.
Diagnosed and confirmed leaking water heater installed in 2022 (originally replaced under warranty from 2017 unit). Documented current leak condition on main level tank which remains under manufacturer warranty until 12/11/2027. Took photographic evidence of installation environment showing water heater with copper piping and unfinished surrounding area for warranty claim processing.
Performed an assessment for a battery backup sump pump installation. Inspected existing ceiling damage and plumbing infrastructure, noting significant water damage and an exposed electrical fixture through a ceiling opening. Examined the current sump system connection point with PVC piping and valve assembly to determine appropriate backup system specifications.
