Responded to no cooling complaint on 2-year-old residential AC system affecting entire home. Upon arrival, performed complete system diagnostic including visual inspection of outdoor Lennox condenser unit and indoor furnace/air handler in basement. Condenser unit appeared in good physical condition with clean coils and proper clearances; both copper refrigerant lines showed appropriate insulation with no visible damage or refrigerant leaks at service valves. Verified power supply to both indoor and outdoor units, checked thermostat operation and settings, and measured system pressures and temperatures. Indoor unit connections, electrical components, and ductwork inspected without abnormalities noted.
